Coordinated for the Peruvian Association of Blood Banks the first International Transfusion Medicine Congress in the country and for the Peruvian Blood Program the first Advanced Immunohematology Course in Peru addressed to blood bank workers. 1997 , 2001.
Taught educational workshops to nation blood bank workers that enabled them to jump from the plate to the gel technology for solving Immunohematology problems.1996 – 2000.
Self-elaborated documents by demand of the Peruvian Social Security Institute as Blood Bank Technical Adviser : Blood Banks Diagnosis and The Blood Banks Net Project. 1996 – 1998.
Conducted first Blood Bank in the country: to process the entire tests markers world recommended for the infectious screening of blood donors, to use platelet and leukocyte filters for the prevention of transfusion reactions, to give transfusion support for the first Bone Marrow Transplant unit in the country. 1990 – 1995.
Successfully organized the first Institutional Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign in the country. 1994.
